After having a not-so-great experience at another furniture store in town, I was really happy to find such a positive one here. I recently bought a new couch from Casual Home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. The staff was super welcoming, friendly, and even joked around with me, which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. They were helpful without being pushy to 'hurry up and make a sale', which I really appreciated. I first came in just browsing, and then returned with my significant other after spotting a couch I liked at another store. Not only did they order it for me, but they also found out they had one in stock, so I got it even faster. They matched a lower price I found elsewhere, covered my sales tax, and even gave me a credit toward a future purchase. The service was truly above and beyond. When I picked up the couch, the process was smooth, and it came brand new in the box. They gave me clear instructions on how to put it together and even provided their phone number in case I had any questions later on. They also explained the protection plan, but without making me feel pressured to buy it which was a pleasant change. Based on this experience, we’ll definitely be coming back when we need more furniture in the future. I can’t recommend them enough—great service all around!

I made 4 trips in the store and had the pleasure of dealing with Ella every time. Think she is the best sales person , Had many questions and she was able to get us answers to them all. Very sweet, thoughtful, thorough sales person and was able to get us what we wanted we are needing.

I was looking for a mattress and adjustable bed frame. I found what I was looking for at Casual Home with both knowledgeable and friendly customer service from sales rep Kim. She made herself available as soon as I entered the store, ssking pertinent questions about my wants, needs and preferences and proceeded to make suggestions. I was able to give my attention to the best options for me with her guidance and personal experience. It is my pleasure to give Kim five stars along with Casual Home based on my personal experience.

Despite being understaffed during a Memorial Weekend sale, staff was fantastic in assisting with ordering a new sectional. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the products on the floor, and answered all my questions about ordering, shipping and delivery.
